Verse a Voir
- 1. Participants must register and bring a valid college ID card.
- 2. The background music should not contain any inappropriate sound or words and should not interfere with the words said during recitation.
- 3. Performances must be between 2-5 minutes and must be completed within the specified time limit.
- 4. The judges' decision will be final.
- 5. Participants will be evaluated based on voice modulation and expression.
- 6. Any written piece in any language may be used, but the use of inappropriate language and expressions of political views is strictly prohibited.
- 7. Violations of these rules will not be tolerated and there will be no second chance for participants who miss their scheduled performance
